As a first year consultant at Cupole, you will get to experience the high pace and steep learning curve of being a management consultant. Cupole Academy is the first step to a consulting career at Cupole. The purpose of this program is to form Cupoleans that will help us and our clients turn ambitions into achievements. Cupole Academy is an educational program that runs parallel to client projects to provide a hands-on experience.  
We are looking for individuals who have both great minds and big hearts. People who can make what at a first glance looks hard, a bit easier.

Why no cover letter you might wonder? Well, the reason is quite simple. At Cupole we strive to use best in class methods for everything we do.
